As we came in, we were welcomed with a glass of Veuve Cliquot (free flow), Mimosa and a further drink of our choice: Quite an abundant Welcome for a Sunday brunch in town!

Facing the Victoria Harbour, Aqua welcomes its guests with outstanding views over the skyline of Hong Kong Island. A centred table among windows hosts a Chef preparing live the typical Italian aperitivo: cold cuts, fresh veggies and an amazing buffalo mozzarella topped with black truffle. An exquisite entrée that would have filled up already most of people! Abundant in portions and featuring top class quality

Being in line with the restaurant philosophy, the Italian Aperitif was immediately followed by a large selection of sushi. Unconventional upper class sushi, though: uni, wagyu beef & most of all foie gras. It was such a gorgeous surprise. Delectable Asian delicacy.

Standard classical sashimi followed by supreme Oysters and Cantonese dumplings completed the Asian selection of such abundant brunch

Main courses included Italian risotto, veal chops and... tempura: the perfect fusion! 

To end such amazing outstanding brunch, Aqua reserves to its valued guests a whole section of the restaurant called the Golden Room where an endless array of sweets, cakes, pastries and creamy desserts await for the guests to waive across the sweetest dining experience in town!
