More than 300 years ago Charles Dalloyau was awarded Royal Chef by King Louis XIV in France and his talented generation brought the famous brand to be largely distributed worldwide.
The celebration cake to mark the 65th anniversary of La Perla features a white-peach-flavoured mousse enriched with pear puree and embelled by Poir Williams eau de vie.
Final top decoration: a rose lace fondant and pearl frosting to recall La Perla brand's trademarks.
